Connect Mistral to Stax.

Download your monthly invoice.

Sign in to the Mistral admin console:

1. Open the Billing section.
2. Find the invoice for the month you want to track.
3. Click Download invoice — you'll get a PDF with per-model usage totals.
4. If your admin panel also offers a CSV usage export, grab that as well — it has finer-grained line items than the PDF.

Upload the invoice to Stax.

When the upload flow ships, drag the PDF or CSV into /app → Providers → Mistral → Upload invoice. Stax will parse the line items, identify the models (Mistral Large, Codestral, Pixtral, etc.), and add the rows to your dashboard.

Until the flow is live, the manual route is:

1. Email the invoice to [email protected] with subject Mistral import.
2. Get a confirmation reply within one business day.
3. Refresh your dashboard once the rows are imported.

What you'll see after the import.

• Monthly Mistral spend per model in USD (or the currency on your invoice, converted to USD at the invoice-date rate).
• Input vs output token totals where the invoice line items split them out.
• Month-over-month comparison once you've uploaded at least two months.

Per-user and per-project attribution is not available because Mistral's invoice doesn't carry that data — you'd need request-level logging on the consuming application, which is outside Stax's scope.

When will live sync arrive?

Mistral has indicated on their public roadmap that an admin API is in development. The day they ship usage and billing endpoints, Stax will move Mistral from "Monthly upload" to "Live API" and email everyone with a Mistral connection so you can flip the switch. No CSV migration needed — the historical rows you've uploaded stay in place.
